A good father and husband killed 82 women.

Mikhail Popkov, the famous Russian killer who killed 82 women, confirmed that he was "a good father and husband" regardless of what he did of the unbelievable crimes. Mikhail Popkov has been carrying out his crimes for two decades, in a series of  assassinations that are the worst in the history of Russia, making him the world's most famous assassin. In March 2017 , Popkov, 53, was formally charged with committing 60 crimes , and he have  already been convicted of 22 offenses, and is currently serving a life sentence. The man was a former policeman and has been admitted that his motive for these crimes was to "clean up" the city of Anjarsk in Siberia from "prostitutes" and "immoral women," as he called them. The Russian Prosecutors believe that the  thug killed 82 victims in total and raped most of them before cutting them with knives, axes and screwdrivers. All these crimes date back to 1992, immediately after the collapse of the Soviet Union, to 2010, and all the victims who were confirmed to have been newly murdered were aged between 17 and 38, according to police sources.

In a leaked testimony from the case file, the incest described to criminal investigators how he separated his "normal" family life from his other parallel existence, as a bloodthirsty killer using all the tools, knives and screwdrivers to kill his victims. He said "I had a double life. In the first one , I was a layman, I worked in the police service, where I do my best with  with positive reactions to what I do. In the second life, I committed crimes, which I carefully conceal from everyone, knowing that it is a criminal offense, shall be held accountable by law. "

The Russian incest quietly revealed how he had brutally chosen the women to kill them. "The victims are those who sit with their hands, without being accompanied by men to walk with them at night. They act carelessly. They were not afraid to talk to me and joined me in my the car". Popkov used a police car, taking his victim to a remote area to rape and kill her, while investigators never thought a policeman could be responsible for such crimes.

He added "Most of the women who feared me I left them alone. But there is one woman who deviated from this rule. She was a respectable and honest woman, but I killed her, her name was Elena_dorogova. She was on her way to the railway station to meet her mother"

More than once, the incest broke into the police station's weapons depot, which was confiscated from criminals, and stole weapons used in the killings. On this subject he said: "I had the opportunity to take these weapons and equipment, and then throw them either at the scene of the crime or nearby, and after completion I scrape it with something to remove the traces of fingerprints"

 On one of the rare occasions that could have revealed his real identity. Popkov killed his daughter's  teacher at the music school where she was studying, and her body was found in the forest, along with the body of another woman. As soon as he left the crime scene after leaving two women dead, Popkov realized that he had in the crime scene a badge or preamble of the police, which showed the nature of his work, which would reveal his job. He said "I came back to take the badge with the serial numbers, but I saw one of the two women still breathing, as she was not dead yet, and I was shocked that she was alive and this was dangerous, so I wiped her with a shovel." The two victims were in 2000 and there names were Maria Lizina, 35 years old , and Lilia Bachekovskaya, 37 years old . 

While the court said the man was mentally healthy, despite everything he had committed, his wife Elena and his daughter decided to start a new life in a different city after initially refusing to believe he was guilty, according to the Seabrian Times. His daughter Katya, a 30-year-old teacher , acknowledged how she found it impossible to believe that her "loving" father could be the man who raped his victims before they were killed. She has not seen him since he was convicted of 22 murders in 2015. She has now said that she "wants to meet him to look into his eyes and to understand whether he really can be this murderer. But the man said before the court that he admits full guilt, explaining: "I have committed all these crimes guided by my convictions completely."
