In Lebanon, Ohio A woman is accused of killing her stepson. As a punishment she put the poor kid in scalding water the day before he was found dead.  Grand jurors indicted Anne Ritchie on charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault and endangering children, warren county prosecutor David Fornshell said on Monday. He also said that Ritchie put Austin Cooper the victim, in water estimated at around 130 degree for at least 20 min. and he added that she is feeling bad for being her primary caregiver. The child was bleeding and has skin coming off his legs when Ritchie put him in bed without treatment, the prosecutor said.  "I cannot thank of any scenario...where you would do that to child" The prosecutor told WLWT-TV.
